What is Diet Shake 120?

Diet Shake 120 is a food supplement blend high in protein with Whey protein concentrate, Whey Hydrolysate, Soy protein isolate, Green tea, L-carnitine, Caffeine and artificial sweeteners.

When is best to take?

As a snack

Diet Shake 120 can be used in between meals to prevent cravings and snacking on the wrong foods. We recommend to have the shake with Almond or Soya milk to slow the digestion rate down and to fill you up more. We also recommend to have the shake with slow burning carbohydrates or good fats like EFA’s (essential fatty acids)
