NO.1 FISSION NUTRITION SUPPLEMENT AND WHY?

SVP, for me it’s the best all in one I’ve used, no other all in ones have as much Creatine and Glutamine as this that I’ve come across. If you were to only have one supplement as well, this would cover most requirements.

FAVOURITE TRAINING ROUTINE AND WHY?

My favourite training routine would be the Wendler 531 (boring but big). It’s a very simple training routine with a steady progression and it even includes a deload week which is good for the body to recover. It’s an awesome routine and there’s even variations of it geared towards hypertrophy/bodybuilding.
