Bio
I started training in gyms when I was 14, I come from a very sporty back ground was a national level Sprinter, Semi Pro Footballer and then moved over to Bodybuilding when I was 20. I did my first show at 22 and Won a British Title in my first year.
I Train around 5 to 6 days a week do Regular Cardio all year round usually 20 to 30 minutes a day.
For a job I travel all over the country promoting health clubs, Encouraging people to get back into exercise.
With my Job it is a challenge with changing gyms every 6 weeks and where I live to get all my meals and training done. I prepare all my meals days in advance every 2 days and always make sure I train no less than 4 days a week.
I plan to Continue Bodybuilding for as long as possible and will be a life time Natural in this sport.

Fission Supplements Used
NO.1 FISSION NUTRITION SUPPLEMENT AND WHY?
AV-8TION Hardcore – insane workouts, I get the full benefit of strength, muscle endurance and energy and no come down. Hydro-Iso performance is the perfect combination of proteins, high quality and high in BCAA which is massive plus to my diet.
FAVOURITE TRAINING ROUTINE AND WHY?
Split Consists
Day 1 – Delts Triceps
Day 2 – Quads Calfs
Day 3 – Abs
Day 4 – Chest and Biceps
Day 5 – Back Traps
Day 6 – Glutes Hamstrings
This split I have used for 3 years it’s the only order I feel I can hit everybody part properly with the least possible crossover of muscle groups interfering.
For example my delt workouts are affected if I train them to Close to Chest.
